Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI)
Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI) is a revolutionary approach that includes 12 specific exercises which will enhance body awareness with breath. It is unusual in today's society for individuals to be tuned into their inner cues, rhythms and to trust the messages of their body. With touch, movement, focus and breath, SRI builds awareness of ones own physical body and it;s messages.
SRI consists of 12 exercises known as the 12 Stages. There are 6 different places on the body from which to place your hands during these exercises. They are known as position 1-6 (P1 - P6) and there are 5 layers of the energy body known as organizing fields (OF). There are 4 different breath patterns and a combination of breath, hand position and OF are all used in the 12 Stages.
